By accessing or using Envestir ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
Envestir provides a web-based interface for trading tokenized assets (xStocks), cryptocurrencies, and earning yield on USDC through Jupiter Earn vaults on the Solana blockchain. Envestir is a noncustodial platform — we do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or funds.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and seed phrase. Envestir cannot recover your wallet if you lose your seed phrase. We strongly recommend backing up your encrypted seed phrase and storing it securely.
Envestir is a noncustodial platform. Your private keys are encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM and are never transmitted or stored in plaintext on our servers. We cannot access your funds, reverse transactions, or recover lost keys.
Trading tokenized assets and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. Prices are volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Envestir does not provide financial advice.
Envestir may charge fees for certain services. Solana network fees apply to all transactions. Jupiter swap fees and slippage apply to all trades. All fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction.
You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Envestir is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from market volatility, blockchain failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access to your account.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
